Items can be returned for store credit only within 7 days from date of purchase.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Original receipt must be provided with the return item, customer pays for return shipping, unless there was a mistake on the shippers end.

 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Swimwear and Bodysuits are not eligible for returns!

 

Items purchased on sale rate are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or return.

 

Exchanges are only offered for SAME item DIFFERENT size.

 

Kloset Krave is not responsible for your package after it states delivered by USPS.

 

Kloset Krave does not offer REFUNDS.

 

Once we receive your return item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item.

 

If your item is approved, we will initiate a store credit. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process your return, a store credit will be issued and emailed to the email address provided.
